Steps to Reproduce
Check out or check in a rule.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. The guava jar versions of Pega 7.2 and user application does not match.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Delete guava-18.0.jar from pr_engineclasses table and restart the application server.
