Unable to close tabs on the Interaction portal

Summary
A configuration is made in the Interaction portal to start a new tab whether it is a temporary work object or a normal work object with the creation harness enabled. The Work Object types without IDs which are associated with the Pega Customer Service behaves incorrectly. Unable to refresh and close the tabs.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Add a button to the section
2. Set up an action set for the button (with PegaCA-Work-NewAccount class and pyStartCase flow)
3. Open the pyStartCase flow and uncheck the Skip create harness option in Private Edit on the Process tab
4. Click the button on the portal. A new tab opens in a new harness
5. Close the tab
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request. Pega Customer Service manages tabs using the associated IDs. Working on tabs with Work Objects without IDs is not supported.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-28494, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
