Unable to integrate Microsoft Outlook using OAuth from the Pega application.


Error Messages



Error code 503.

Transport error: 401 Error: Unauthorized



Steps to Reproduce



Provide OAuth credentials.


Root Cause



OAuth credentials are not accepted.


Resolution



Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: OAuth integration with Microsoft Outlook is not yet implemented in Pega.

This feature is currently not supported and is scheduled to be implemented in a future Pega release.
