Error message displays while connecting to Robot Manager from Visual Studio.
Error Messages
Server Rejected Credential. You are no longer Authenticated
Steps to Reproduce
Connect from Visual Studio to Robot manger
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Create a new RunUser operator ID with BankerPro:RuntimeUser Access Group (with PegaRULES:RoboticsAdministrators role)
- Uncheck the robot is ready to receive work checkbox in the Work tab of the operator ID record.
