Unable to consume the WSDL generated in Pega 7

Summary
User is not able to consume WSDL from a service exposed using Pega 7 in SOAP UI. User was able to access the results on launching in the browser.
Error Messages
Getting below error message when trying to expose from SOAP UI.
Error: To extend the specified base type 'anyType@http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema' it must be a simple type or be a complex type with simple content
Steps to Reproduce
Create all the required rules to expose a service from Pega 7.
Root Cause
After migrating from PRPC 6.2 SP2 to Pega 7.1.9, the SOAP service rule XSD base type has 'anyType' literal as default value due to this, user is unable to consume the service from SOAP UI.
Resolution
User is suggested to remove XSD base type value 'anyType'.
