Unable to create any transaction with country code TLS

Summary



Error is encounterd while trying to create transactions with country code TLS, 

Error Messages



 [NewCaseCreateDisputes] Error: .pyWorkParty(Merchant).MerchantCountryCode: Class Key validation failed for class: Rule-Obj-FieldValue, class key value: ANZ-AUS-SDI-Data-Party-Merchant/pyCountryCode/TLS, reason: Instance not found


Steps to Reproduce



Select any transaction with country TLS, and create a dispute.
It it immediately throwing above error, while trying to create the dispute


Root Cause


 

Rule-Obj-FieldValue . pyCountryCode . TLS

 is missing.


Resolution



Hotfix Item: HFix-20078 resolves the issue
