Unable to create Indexes through the Taxonomy in the KM Portal

Summary



User login as KMSYSADMIN operator and opens the KM Portal. User can see Taxonomy editor. When user creates the indexes through it, then one cannot view the saved values.

Error Messages



Tracer shows "Cannot save instance of class PegaFW-KM-Data-Taxonomy"; it belongs to fully exposed table PEGA_DATA.pfw_km_data in database PegaDATA, but the instance has properties which do not correspond to columns: pyTemporaryObject.

Steps to Reproduce



Attempt to create indexes in the Taxonomy Editor.

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution



Apply HFix-23735.
