Steps to Reproduce
- Create a High Number of Disputes (HND) Claim.
- Select more than 52 transactions to dispute.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-54114.
Alternatively, perform the following local-change:
Comment Step 1 (Obj-Refresh-And-Lock) of the RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY PEGACARD-SD-CLAIM GETSTEPPAGELOCK activity.
