Summary

Unable to create an application using [email protected]
While attempting to create an application on top of Pega rules application, an error is generated. Tracer and clipboard are disabled.

Error Messages

A Data-Admin-DB-ClassGroup could not be saved due to an error on it:
You are not authorized to create, modify, or lock instance DATA-ADMIN-DB-CLASSGROUP ABCO-TESTAPP-WORK

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Pega 7.1.7 and Care Management framework 7.11
2. Create an application using Pega default operator with administrator privileges, using the new application wizard.

Root Cause

The initial version of care management framework had introduced changes in the Pega Clinical rules which have caused problems for the default Pega administrators to create an application.

Resolution

Install or upgrade to the new release of Care Management Framework, (CMF) 7.12.
