Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the application.
2. Click Application Name > New Application.
3. Select the 'Pega Underwriting for CL Insurance' option.
4. Click the 'Use this application type' button.

Issue 2:

1. Click the NewàNotice Of Loss Life option.
2. Enter the details.
3. Click the Continue button.
4. Click the Continue button.
5. Select the Policy.
6. Click the Finish button.
7. Enter the details and click the Continue button.
8. Click the Finish button.
9. Click the Submit button.
10. Click the Attach New.
