Unable to create a new business unit



An error occurs when Create is clicked.

Error Messages

The Flow Action post-processing activity SaveNewBUInformation failed: PRRuntimeException

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into the application.
  2. Launch Case Manager Portal.
  3. Click Customer management.
  4. Select the Business radio button, enter the business name as "buten," and click Search.
  5. Click Create new, enter the required fields, and email ID.
  6. Click Create.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
