Unable to create a new business unit
An error occurs when Create is clicked.
The Flow Action post-processing activity SaveNewBUInformation failed: PRRuntimeException
Steps to Reproduce
- Log into the application.
- Launch Case Manager Portal.
- Click Customer management.
- Select the Business radio button, enter the business name as "buten," and click Search.
- Click Create new, enter the required fields, and email ID.
- Click Create.
