Unable to create new NBAA application

Summary
Architect was not able to create a new NBAA Application and getting an error related to PegaSurvey ruleset prerequisites.
Error Messages
Steps to Reproduce
Map a non existing version of PegaSurvey to the NBAA application.
Try to create a new application on top of NBAA.
Root Cause
Architect has installed an older build of NBAA which looks up for PegaSurvey 07-10-10 and newer build of PegaSurvey which has 07-10-13 ruleset.
Resolution
Mapping the correct ruleset in the NBAA application resolved the reported behaviour.
