Unable to create a new Persona in App Studio
On adding a Persona to a case type in App Studio, the process completes successfully. However, the Persona is not added to the case type and no error message displays.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open App Studio.
- Navigate to Case Types.
- Select a Case Type from the various Stages.
- Click Create New Persona to add a new Persona.
- Click Submit.
The issue occurred because a Production ruleset was listed in the user's Access Group. This ruleset was used to create the Persona instead of the Application ruleset.
Perform the following local-change:
- Remove the Production ruleset from the Access Group.
- Ensure that an open ruleset is present in the application.
