Summary
Unable to generate a word document using the out-of-the-box functionality available under Designer Studio > Application profile > Tools.
Chrome browser is used with 32-bit operating system.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Designer Studio > Application profile > Tools > Document
2. Click Document Now
Root Cause
Pega 7.1.6 does not support MS Word 2013.
Resolution
Pega 7.1.6 only supports MS Excel 2013 and other MS Office 2013 integrations are not supported. Pega 7.1.7 onwards, there is complete support for MS Office 2013 integration.
