Unable to delete pr_sys_statusdetails table entries



Records in the pr_sys_statusdetails table do not get deleted as expected by the SystemCleaner agent. This leads to a build-up of records in the table, which results in poor performance.

Steps to Reproduce

Observe count(*) of pr_sys_statusdetails over time.

Root Cause

A defect in the way the System Cleaner agent uses Obj-Open-By-Handle. It does not delete entries in the pr_sys_statusdetails table.


Apply HFix-27410 for Pega 7.1.9. The issue is natively fixed in Pega 7.2.
