Unable to display the user portal in Pega Web Mashup. Unable to open a case or create work object.

Steps to Reproduce
Use the following action:
data-pega-action="display"
data-pega-classname="Data-Portal"
data-pega-harnessname="<PortalHarness>"
Root Cause
The user portal does not initialize when only using the 'display' action.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Use the following action:
data-pega-action ='OpenWorkByURL'
data-pega-action-param-query ='pyActivity=Data-Portal.ShowDesktop'
This sets up the portal for usage and the portal displays correctly.
