Unable to Drag and drop an email from Outlook into the attachments.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open an email from Outlook
  2. Drag the email from Outlook and drop it

Root Cause

A third-party product issue. The Internet Explorer browser is not able to retrieve the path from Outlook.


Perform the following local-change:
  1. Save the emails into the local machine
  2. Drag and drop the email
