Unable to expand the repeating grid row using keyboard

Summary
Developer configures repeatgrid with edit mode option as ExpandPane, also enables Accessible mode for the application. With accessible mode when user tries to navigate to expand pane icon on repeat grid rows but not able to expand the row. Focus is going to Expand Pane icon but on clicking of Enter button, it is does not expand.
Error Messages
No Error Message.
Not able to access the ExpandPane icon using Enter key.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Create a section and embed a repeating grid in that section.
2.Configure the grid to make "Edit Mode" as "Expand Pane" and call a "Flow Action". At runtime try to expand the row using the keyboard.
Root Cause
Changes made as part of hotfix HFIX-20003 (in pzPega_ui_grid.js file ) has broken this functionality.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFIX-21974.
