Unable to export 3D charts to PDF when a report is run

Summary
Unable to export the 3D charts to PDF when a report is run using the Internet Explorer browser. This works when using the Chrome browser.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report with a 3D chart
- Run the report
- Export to PDF using the Internet Explorer-11 browser. The chart does not display in the exported PDF
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
