Unable to export RAP file using prpcUtils

Summary
User is trying to export RAP (Rule-Admin-Product) file using prpcUtils, but it is not working correctly.
Error Messages
Output shows "BUILD SUCCESSFUL" message, but in the log see this error
internal.util.ExportImpl) ERROR - Bypassing false (does not exist)
Steps to Reproduce
Run the export command "./prpcUtils.sh export".
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. To export a RAP file using a product key the command line option is 'exportRAP' not 'export'.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Run the command ./prpcUtils.sh exportRAP.
