The user is unable to hide report filters in export to Excel.

Export report to Excel.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
Resolution
Turn off filter display in report definition configuration.
This is intended to hide the report filters, but it also hides the report title which is a defect.
To correct the defect of this option also hiding the title, apply HFix-32834
