Unable to localize Choose File button label

Summary
FilePath Control's default button text "Choose File" is not localized for French language.
Resolution
This behavior is as per the HTML standards of the <input type=”file”/>. Hence, it is not possible to localize it and there is no resolution that can be provided for the same.Published August 3, 2015 - Updated October 8, 2020
