Unable to open any rule through magnifying icon

Summary
User is not able to open any rule using the magnifying glass icon from next to any field. Clicking the icon does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce
Try opening any rule using the magnifying icon.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
