Steps to Reproduce
Configure a URL with the correct domain, application name, and workobject ID.
https://ABC.com/prweb/pyActivity=Data-Portal.ShowDesktop&isSnapStart=true&pyShowFullPortal=true&applicationName=ABCApp&Action=openWorkByHandle&InsHandle=Test-123
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
When a SnapStart is used in the URL, the default portal must be Case Worker or any portal which has a similar design and not Designer Studio.
Resolution
Modify the default portal to Case Worker.
