Unable to open the portal on clicking the URL from an email.

Steps to Reproduce

Configure a URL with the correct domain, application name, and workobject ID.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error.
When a SnapStart is used in the URL, the default portal must be Case Worker or any portal which has a similar design and not Designer Studio.


Modify the default portal to Case Worker.
