Please restart your tracer


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application
  2. Open the Tracer and close it
  3. Open an activity and click 'Trace' present under the Actions button


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The CloseAllWindows function is tied to the OnBeforeUnload function instead of the OnUnload function.


Resolution

Apply HFix-54777.
