Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Open a work object
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The allocated heap size and connection pool size for this instance are low.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Modify the heap size as below:
Initial heap size: 4096 MB
Max heap size: 8192 MB - Modify the connection pool settings as below:
Minimum Connections: 30
Maximum Connections: 150
