Unable to reassign a case after updating release lock time



A case type is configured with default locking. After updating the release lock time, users are no longer able to reassign cases using the Assign To link configured on the worklist. The modal window is not opening for users to select who they want to assign the case.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a case type and set the release lock time to 90 minutes on the Advanced tab of the Case Type rule.
  2. Click the Assign To link in the worklist.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
