Summary
The agent scheduled to run at midnight fails with an exception sometimes.
Error Messages
Unable to reschedule agent due to computation errors. Invalid delay interval: -391088
Steps to Reproduce
Schedule an agent to run at midnight.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
If the agent runs even a fraction of a second earlier, it results in a negative value in the delay interval calculation.
Resolution
The issue is resolved in Pega 7.2. Upgrade to Pega 7.2.
Or
Perform the following local-change:
Add five minutes to the agent's scheduled start time.
