Summary
On leveraging the out-of-the-box Report Viewer and exporting a file to PDF from an iOS mobile devices, the PDF content displays on the UI; however, unable to save the content as a PDF file.

Export the out-of-the-box report to PDF in iOS Safari browser.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
While exporting the out-of-the-box report to PDF in the user environment, the PDF file is loaded correctly in the iOS Safari browser and the user can also save the PDF file. However, while exporting the PDF from the User portal in iOS Safari browser, the PDF content is displayed on the UI but the user cannot save it as a PDF file.
The issue is with the iOS and Safari browser while displaying PDF on the iFrame on a mobile device.
