Unable to save Reference property values through User Interface

Summary
User marks and uses a property as the Reference property. However, the values are not saved on submitting them through the User Interface (UI).

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a property
- Mark the property as a Reference property
- Define the relationship in an activity using the Property-Ref method
- Input a value for the property at runtime and submit. The value is nulled out
Root Cause
This feature is not supported with the client-side templating enabled.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-62548, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
Alternatively,
Perform the following local-change:
Disable the client-side templating at the harness level.
