Unable to search for sample account number in a new CPM setup



User has imported CPM installation jar files along with ML jars, but on running the Interaction and searching the account number ‘12345’, user is ending up with error on screen: Unable to find any contents with given inputs.

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to the PRPC system as CASysAdmin/install
Create Phone Call Interaction

Root Cause

CPM_Sample_Oracle.sql script was wrongly executed in different schema.


The database schema where the CPM_Sample_Oracle.sql was executed was wrong one. The SQL scripts should have been run in the PegaRULES schema (DATA schema in case of the split schema)
On importing the jars (CPM installation jars including the ML jars) and running the scripts in the correct schema and following the steps of ReValidate and Save, user was able to search the account with account number ‘12345’ and was able to create the Interactions.
