Unable to see "Available columns" tab only while editing report



User is unable to see the "Available columns" tab while editing reports in the report browser.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Login to Case managr Portal.
2) Navigate to Report browser and edit any of the existing reports.
3) Verify the left panel of the report editor.

Root Cause

'Available Columns' tab will be displayed for only business users that is for users who do not have 'Developer' role. In the reported scenario, user has 'Developer' role. Hence, 'Available Columns' tab is not displayed in report editor. 


Reported scenario is an expected behaviour of PRPC. Informed user that the 'Available Columns' tab would not be displayed for users who have 'Developer' role.
