Unable to stop the Chordiant custom object

User application is updating the cache for some interval and it is configured in a custom object. Unable to control the behavior of custom object or stop the custom object.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause

Here's the explanation of the reported behavior:

In the application, the custom objects are configured in the ChordiantEAR/config/chordiant/components/master/QRST_CustomObjects.xml configuration file.

The custom objects start at the time of the server startup.

For stopping any of the custom objects, comment out the particular custom object tag from the configuration file. However, if it is commented out, it will not load at the time of the startup too.

The user has a custom object to update the cache every 30 minutes which is mentioned in the custom configuration files. If the requirement is not reload the cache after certain time, increase the time to a greater value.
