Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade Pega 7.1.8 to Pega 8.3
- Log in to the application
- Switch application to commdeals
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. A When rule configured in the UserWorkForm fails. Hence, the execution of the portal breaks.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Remove the When rule from the UserWorkForm
- Include the When rule in the non out-of-the-box section
- Add the section in the required places
