Summary
User is unable to switch between portals in the Test environment.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Click Operator to view the Operator menu options on the portal
Root Cause
The URL which was bookmarked incorrectly for the Test environment caused the login failure.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Delete the browser cache
- Access the application with the base URL by removing the appended query string in the bookmark
