Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Pega Pulse toggle in the pyCaseHeaderButtons section.
  2. Launch the Case Manager portal.
  3. Open a case and click the Toggle Pulse. The Pulse section does not slide.


Root Cause



This behavior is as per Pega product design.


Resolution



Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

From Pega Platform 8.2.1, the Pulse position is moved to the front and is in the center in the main action area.
