Unable to update hotfix catalog

Summary

Hotfix catalog does not update.

 

Error Messages

pyScanPage:** Unable to read Catalog from filesystem -- see log for additional information.

 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click Designer Studio > System > Release > Hotfix Manager.
  2. Click Scan System.
  3. Click Check Online.

 

Root Cause

Firewall issue
