Unable to upload the same file after log in by two users



Unable to upload the same file with the same name. This occurs when uploading the files concurrently after logging in as two different users.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application as two separate users
  2. Upload the same file at the same time

Root Cause

Before the file is attached to the work object, it is stored in the Service Export directory of the server. During the concurrent upload of files with the same name, one file overrides the other.


Apply HFix-42331.
