Summary
Unable to wrap Text Area content. Additionally, the horizontal scroll bar does not display.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a data table.
- Add a text area in one of the columns. Check the UI.
Root Cause
The white-space CSS property on the Text Area was set to 'nowrap'.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: Add the below style in the UserWorkForm.
textarea {
white-space:pre-wrap;
}
