Unexpected Popup while adding Plans



Clicking the Add Plans option and the Search button do not list the plans. A popup displays instead.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as the HCAdminUser.
  2. Click Create > Membership Contract.
  3. Fill all the mandatory fields in the Contact Details Page and click Next.
  4. Click Next in the Contact Information page.
  5. Click the 'Add Plan(s)' button.
  6. Click the Search button.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
