Unique extract identifier is not present for each extract

Summary
Business Intelligence Exchange (BIX) wrapper script is present where multiple extracts are run. User generates Manifest file and Manifest summary file. However, Manifest summary file contains pxextractidentifier field and List same extract identifier name multiple times rather than containing unique extract identifier for each extract.

Steps to Reproduce
Run the extract rule from the command line with a wrapper script which includes multiple extracts.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. All the extract entries on the Manifest summary file was updated by the same extract rule name.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53030.
