Uploaded file never touch ServiceExport directory

Summary
When using the control pxAttachContent to upload document on mobile devices the uploaded files never touch the ServiceExport folder.
Since user virus scan all attachments for viruses using the CallVirusCheck extension point this results in false positives for uploads as viruses (file is deemed to have been deleted by viruscheck).

Steps to Reproduce
1. Attach file using the pxAttachContent control on Android mobile phone and tablet:
- No file lands in ServiceExport folder
- Filestreams are uploaded into DB (with antivirus scanning off)
2. Attach file using the pxMultiFilePath control on Android mobile phone and tablet:
- Files lands in ServiceExport folder
- Files are scanned for virus
- Filestreams are uploaded into DB
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: Referred to SA-31535.
Resolution
This issue has been defined by Product Management to be resolved in Pega 7.3 version.
