"Use Last Updated time as Start" configuration works incorrectly

SA-11109

Summary

BIX rule runs with an incorrect date range even though "Use Last Updated time as Start" checkbox is checked.
The extraction output created is larger than expected

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the BIX Rule.
2. Click run button.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. The query to fetch the data when LastUpdateDateTime is checked on Rule-Admin-Extract rule form is not schema qualified and hence there is an inconsistency in the query fetching results. It also fixes the issue caused by dependent HFix-9801, which generated the filter condition as "pxObjClass = classname%" when classname is not a classgroup.
Now, with this fix, the filter condition is generated as "pxObjClass = classname" when classname is not a classgroup.

Resolution

This issue is resolved by HFix-22014 and HFix-22098. These two are dependent on each other.
