Summary
User Interface (UI) breaks on triggering the Refresh section action multiple times. This occurs on Chrome 70.0.3538.77 (32bit).

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section
- Place another section inside the section created in step 1
- Configure a button on the embedded section and set refresh other section and pointing to the top level section actions
- Click the button rapidly
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment : browser version.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Upgrade to Chrome 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build, 32-bit).
