UserResolveReportException occurs in the logs

Summary



UserResolveReportException occurs in the logs which results in performance degradation. Delay when PEGA0005 Database query is run.


Error Messages



Exceptions in the log:

UserResolveReportException One of the join conditions involving the following unoptimized property is not allowed, since it can severely degrade performance: XXXX in class YYYY. Revise the join conditions or optimize the property.


Steps to Reproduce



Run a PEGA0005 Database query.


Root Cause



Incorrect Data-Admin-DB-Table (DADT) instances in the user's environment. Some of the properties from out-of-the-box PegaCRM external classes used in report definitions are not optimized, which resulted in the exceptions in logs.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Install the CSSample_DDL.jar file to create all the tables and map these to the corresponding classes.
