Application is experiencing sporadic error (see below), preventing user from completing workflow.
Error Messages
Error: Java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/pega/pegarules/activity/... (customer specific activity name)
Steps to Reproduce
Not Applicable.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, specifically related to rule assembly caching.
Resolution
Here is the local solution:
1. From SMA>Advanced>Class Management, click "Class Detail" button.
2. Look in the list to find the class referenced in the error message and click the "Reload" button.
