Using eForm and eMap with repeating list produces error

Summary
An eForm was generated mapping properties of a Page List in Map eForm rule form. A property or parameter was passed as subscript, which failed during runtime.
Error Messages
InvalidReference pyWorkPage.aPage.aPageList(Param.pyForEachCount).EmployeeName unexpected character '.' at position 32, expected number or end of subscript
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Map eForm rule.
- Map a Field Name using a property from a Page List, and pass a property or parameter as subscript.
- Run the GenerateEForm activity.
Root Cause
Submitted product enhancement request item FDBK-14461.
Resolution
An enhancement request has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
