Values posted intermittently on clicking Save button directly

Summary
An action is added as a Post Value. On clicking the Save button directly, values are posted intermittently.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a Text Input.
- In Actions, onChange configure a Post Value action.
- At runtime, add data in the Text Input.
- Click the Save button
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
OnChange of the Text Input when a Post Value is configured, the Text Input is blurred or focused out and the Post Value is triggered. When a button is clicked immediately after the Post Value is triggered, the values display intermittently. This is because the text value is not focused out, and both the Post Value and the Save action are performed asynchronously.
Resolution
Perform either of the following local-changes:
- Tab out from the Text Input.
- Click the Submit button.
Use the 'On Any Key - Post value'.
