VBD Planner overlaps and hides the Landing page Header

Summary
The top portion of HTML 5 Visual Business Director (VBD) Planner's landing page overlapped and was hidden. The landing page title and close icon were not seen.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Install Pega 7.2 and configure VBD.
2. Launch the VBD Planner in the Marketing portal in Chrome.
Root Cause
This issue only manifests with the Pega 7.2. Only Chrome browser is supported for HTML 5 VBD Planner in Pega 7.2. In the other browsers, the original applet version is used.
Resolution
Apply HFix-26354.
