Summary

Vertical scroll bar is cut off at the bottom when user opens WorkObject (WO) Pega Customer Service 7.1 Release 2.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch a case and observe the issue.

Note, this is prominently observed on a network with some latency, and also the header should have content of certain height.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Issue is manifesting when the header has good amount of information, the header height is increased and causing scroll bar issue.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Include JS statement “window.dispatchEvent(evt);” at position highlighted in the section rule PegaCA-Work. CPMKTDialogContents, where evt is a 'resize' event.
